GENERAL H. hUGH SHELTON LEADERSHIP CENTER

To inspire, educate, and develop values-based leaders committed to personal integrity, professional ethics, and selfless service.

As an Alumnus of N.C. State, General Shelton has established the General H. Hugh Shelton Leadership Center to train students, faculty, executives and community leaders in some of the leadership skills that led to his own success. As Executive Director, General Shelton is committed to developing values-based leadership skills to enhance corporate, government, education, non-profit and youth development organizations. The Shelton Leadership Center focuses on scholarships, youth leadership training, and an annual professional leadership development forum; each of which emphasizes the importance of honesty, integrity, social responsibility, diversity, and compassion as a leader.
